The new study, researchers from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, used experiments and numerical calculations to show that under early Earth conditions, with little oxygen around, iron can substitute for magnesium in RNA, enabling it to assume the shapes it needs to catalyze life’s chemical reactions. In fact, it catalyzed those reactions better with iron than with magnesium.

This excellent news since to any reasonable mind once we accept that not only the mechanisms are in place as well as all the building blocks and already fits in with a previous charmed idea proposed of how early earth generated the chemical building blocks for early life quite easily & rapidly :

RNA

Along with recent creation of the two of the four base components for RNA in the lab by Sutherland research team recently in England showing this also can happen quite easily in Nature, we are now taking giant tiny steps in solving the riddles of how life began . What was said to be impossible now becomes probable as it always seemed obvious by the all the living proof now that it did happen without any waving of magic wands .

The impossible becomes improbable,
the improbable becomes possible ,
& the possible becomes the new accepted model of reality .
