NUTK...A new road map! A brief run down of progress.
New management took over in Sept. 97 with solid plans
and some seasoned management. Their game plan looks well thought out
with net earnings projected in the first quarter of 1998.
The SEC allowed the company to sell some common stock directly. The
goal of management is to use this money to pay off debt so that year end (Dec 1997)results could show break even numbers with little debt.
THE turning point for me on this stock was that the first home shopping commercial will be with America Media, Inc.,symbol ENQ on the NY stock exchange. I love to see large companies involved with BB stocks as it adds some validity to what they are doing.
As for the oil play, The vac u lift pumps are getting a much needed
facelift and new oil wells are scheduled to be drilled. Partnerships are being sought to cover expenses of drilling. New management has the sales ability to get things lined up. The 1998 oil income production of $5 million seems a stretch. Everything would have to be perfect with all the wells hitting, new partners, etc... A positive cash flow from NUTEK oil holdings is possible, as income of only $.4 million is needed for a break even.
The exciting part is the new acquisition of ILG..
The ILG acquisition brings a potential cash producer as it is a low cost revenue producer.
