Growth rates (4 wk) of MZM and M2 are steadily declining. (see pgs 5 & 6) but still showing +3.8% annualized on the broader MZM:

Even slower yet is the growth in DM4 (constructed to include shadow banking system endogenous money) with YOY growth slowing to 0.2%:

Real GDP growth greater than DM4 is not sustainable IMO. Either M increases or GDP tails off.

Throw in fiscal contractions in state and federal budgets and recession in much of the developed world economies and massive increases in regulation by the federal government.
