There are now three known codes involved in living things. One is the cookbook code whereby 'codons' ie three adjacent nucleic acid bases specify a particular amino acid when read by a nano-machine within the cell. This is the only deciphered code. The others are the histone code and the splicing code. The materialist explanation is that somehow extraordinarly complicated and interrelated information encoding and decoding languages just spontaneously generate. Talk about magic.
