In reading your post and the NY Times piece, it seems to me as if Apple is something of a reflection of the 1% argument here in the US. If the numbers I read are accurate, then AAPL has around 13 thousand employees in the US that probably make decent bucks. The other 30k are in the retail stores and make peanuts compared to the ones at headquarters, and then you have the hundreds of thousands in China making the devices, again at low wages... Pretty sobering... Regards, John
