per Bloomberg CEO filed on Nov7 with SEC to sell 20,000 and again filed on Nov 10 with SEC also to file 20,000. May therefore be 40,000 so far or maybe double counting (but why 2 separate filing dates?)--My gut feel on watching the chart is that the stock may break to the downside next week. If it can print 12.68 however, the direction is up. I think it is losing power, I also note that COGNF is continuing to fall. Just my 2c
