I only have a copy of the purchase agreement that IPM filed with their 10K. In there it states that Phoenix transferred all ownership and rights to Omega Investment Corporation(a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands) on May 7, 1997, and that all proceeds were to be paid to Omega. Soooo Follow the money. Tim Hall
