Marshall, sad but true that the street gets a perception, like, as you
put it ' anyram=bad '. One company I'm familiar with changed the name
of its new line of computers coming out this summer. It's Amdahl, which
is perceived as a one product company. It's not true about them (they have other products) but,
unfortunately for them, their main product is mainframes. Bad name nowadays,
even though they are making a comback. To combat the perception thing,
they are calling their new machines "enterprise servers". But, they are
still system 390 class which has been called a mainframe for years. Product gets a rep for
being obsolete or dying? Change the name!

Maybe one of the SRAM companies should start calling their products
"data storage chips"?
