low interest rates will not stimulate growth it appears, will punish savers but save debtors.. like a last chance to put your books in order without defaulting.. Japan had savings... probably a big difference.. I wonder too .. we heard so much about competitive devaluation.. ---> hyperinflation.. buy gold.. what if growth stays low, interest rates stay low and debts get paid.. and we don't blow up.. novel :O) not great for my kids...
