Nice selection. See the 36% three years earlier. Why not take spending at height of crisis after 4 years of Bush insane spending with high military, TARP and stimulus spending as your base - that is after all the politician play book to lock in the spending. Not Dem. Not Repub. But all politicians. Spending buys votes.
