I had a hunch she would be evacuated. A lot of the nicer homes are in the evac areas. We thought we would have to get out on Sunday when ashes started coming down on us like snow flakes way up here on the north west slope of Pike's Peak. I have a cousin with a huge place in Vail who wanted us to stay with him. Looks like we're in the clear now. Scary though.
