Wrong!! It takes 60 votes in the Senate to get a bill passed. Therefore, a minority can control the majority in the Senate and stop any passage of a proposed bill.
True, but for those two years Obama had more than 50 seats, meaning the Republicans did not have the 60 votes to stop a bill.
