ATPGP will hate myself in the morning, but had to pick up a few ATPGP. this is a $100 par value preferred conv into ATPG common, 8% coupon. i think the conversation is into 4.xx shares of common, but do notrecall the exact ratio off the top of my head. the company can pay dividends in cash or stock, and surprisingly to me they have used cash even though they are burning a lot of cash and i would think wish to conserve cash. of course if this goes bust, preferred probably a goose egg, and price action seems to suggest BK is more than just a theoretical option. action in the bonds has been relatively benign in recent days while the common has moved in a decidely non-benign direction. down by over half from peak of last 7 trading days. tiny position, under 1%. just for fun.
