I use it in everything.

It's more expensive but since I don't use much oil or butter, why not?

You also feel good after eating it, unlike butter or (shudder) lard, which is good on your tongue and going down.

You might say that I enjoy my virgin on my tongue, going down as well as afterwards..

Extra virgin corn bread...

Or brownies or cookies...

I don't care much for many baked goods because the oil or fat that is used has a subtle bad taste to me (Rancid? I don't know what it is - even in brownies), however overwhelmed by the sugar and other flavors it pops out, but with olive oil it tastes great overall even though it doesn't have experience.
