Geoff, I think you're right - I believe that the stock will rise unless there's something particularlty bad about the announcement (like the share price offer is too high or something). If it's a major strategic announcement, people will sit up and take notice of SGI - realise the company's potential - and I think that will stimulate the stock price in itself. The attention can't be bad for SGI - it's what SGI's stock needs right now. As you said - Monday morning will reveal all..... Evan
