You stated the mandate would be upheld because of the commerce cause. You said it would be upheld unless the court went against precedent. You said regulating activity, like buying marijuana, was the same as regulating inactivity, like not buying a product.

I know you will try to wiggle out of admitting you were wrong, but the posts are there to prove it.

How can you continue to defend a president who has no knowledge of or respect for the constitution?
