While I agree the ruling would say that such a bill could be passed, buying tickets to Obama's fundraiser is not in this bill.

Might be why 60 million Euro has been stolen from European banks via computer hacking. Obama probably hired the same hacker who wrote the Iranian virus (can't remember the name).

I bet that is one secret he can keep!
