I don't know how I would work it as my own site? They do own the site and they do post rules of usage. My only complaint is that "judgement" is rather arbitrary. I think I would allow disputants to provide a written post stating their claims and with the links so that appropriate judgement could be rendered. Generally someone complains and action is taken on one side of the evidence--and the true history or provocations never get told or presented. The internet should mirror our brick and mortar world where the accused has the right to state a defense.

Then again, who wants to do the work! I have made web sites and do not even have time to do really really necessary stuff...
