I'd create in the US a kind of Special Processing Zone to produce.

Old established companies have high pension obligations. Asian companies do not have these. Thus can make stuff cheap. They don't have OSHA. Environment protection and other agencies...

People in the US, who'd invent something would have next door people to talk to to manufacture. China only big boys can play

Let the companies settle in the Special Processing Zone bargain with the workers. Remove red tape and let that small park develop as it pleases.

No quotas for physically disabled or gender. Only Americans and Green card holders to avoid import container loads of foreigners. Minimum age 16 years old to be employed.

This Special Processing Zone would be a Jurassic Park. A place where old work habits and rules would apply.
