the ACT can be repealed.... this NONSENSE tax scheme is enshrined as constitutional ....so we are at the whim of congress and the president on being taxed for BEHAVIOR.... talk about a REGRESSIVE TAX....if you are wealthy and can easily provide proof of your 'behavior' (purchase health care insurance) NO TAX for you! if you are some young healthy worker who is struggling to just pay the mortgage, no health care???? YOU WILL BE TAXED!
