Romney has already prepared his speech should the SC upheld Obamacare: "Obama wasted one year concentrating on health care instead of fixing the economy!"

We need to have Obama reelected so that if sadist Scalia resigns due to old age, we can have a SCJ who does not have an agenda like Scalia and that potted plant Thomas.

I am surprised at Roberts. I tip my hat off for doing what he thinks is right and not being a puppet for the right winger.
