Many many people are going to benefit from this. All those people out there with twenty year olds who don't have their own insurance are already benefitting. Those people might be hypocritical enough to enjoy the benefit but not give obama the credit, but I think for many people- who aren't already politically right wing, the benefits of the ACA are going to be felt, and resonate, and be remembered. Republicans can hope they won't be, but I think it will play out as a favorable.
