Why bother?

It's a giant fishing expedition conveniently timed to flog the political base right before the elections.

Even Issa has admitted multiple times in televised interviews that he has NO evidence of illegality by Holder.

It will go nowhere, the Senate won't act on it. It's all a stunt to drum up campaign contributions and give the party rabble some red meat to chew over. :-)
