To say otherwise is to somehow discount his excellent opinions in previous important decisions like Citizens United [which was correctly decided and well-reasoned, presented in a very commonsense opinion). I don't like how this one turned out, but if he says it is constitutional that's good enough for me. It is now incumbent on Congress to deal with it. It may make a great campaign issue for the Repubs.
