Only time will tell the ramifications of the ruling,

I was pondering how this ruling could be used for good rather than evil.

There's another service that everyone eventually uses that we are taxed on.....Education.

We should use the same model for education. Right now everyone pays for education, but people who send their kids to private school end up paying twice. The ACA ruling seems to support the idea that people who pay for a service in the commercial market (education, medical) shouldn't be taxed by the government for that service.

In other words, the ACA ruling seems to support the concept of vouchers. Could this be a way to weaken the teacher's unions?
