Hi Bob: Thanks for bringing the estimate of 60mm shares outstanding to my attention. The total number of shares outstanding is a critical figure without which we can not assess a company's value. We have been trying to get an official tally from the company since the name change. Until they give us the total number of shares outstanding officially, I would prefer to use the total authorized shares. As a soon-to-be- reporting company, they will have to do this anyway. They should let us know now. Serious investors need to have this information. Elizabeth, thanks for your comments. We have a long ways to go, but I am excited by what NAMX has accomplished over the past month. There are many who have hung in there with this company although I'm sure quite a few were reaching for the tax sell off trigger. Hopefully, they'll reconsider. This stock is a great comeback story and everyone loves those. Happpy Holidays All!!! marty
