I'm coming around to the view that Roberts has the the long game in mind, not just one inning.

So am I, Alan. Disappointed as I am in the bill standing, I think Roberts did the conservative cause a huge service with this decision. Upholding the restrictions on Congress under the Commerce clause was a big-time win long term. And the ability to overturn in the Senate without a supermajority is highly significant.

My initial reaction to the decision was that government run health care had become inevitable. Now, I think we have a good shot to overturn.

I'm casting my vote strongly with Ezra Klein, Krauthammer, Erick Erickson of Red State, and others.
