I understand your feelings about recovery here.

Our Great Aunt Annie immigrated to New Zealand from England in late 1800's. She was a "mail order bride"----I met her in New York when she was 95 at her son's home. She was gracious, intelligent and had married well as people say as evidenced by her husband and son having done well in the oil industry of that era and beautiful grandchildren --------nothing missed her in conversation. I treasure the letters that she wrote and the small gifts she would send from New Zealand.

So maybe New Zealand will be right for you-----it is beautiful..

I do have a brother who built a home in Western Arkansas who now wants to sell and come back to home area in Virginia----he has 10 acres of land and a single level home he and his wife, deceased, built in the 1990's. The Property also has a darling cabin they built and lived in while building the house. Adjoins a State Forest----------has good access to Route 70, I think it is. Not a tropical island, although there are lakes nearby within driving distance. He will sell directly so if you or anyone is interested, contact me and I will put you in touch. We are on the phone every four or five days discussing possibilities.
