Dear Larry:

I spoke to Mr. Magliato this morning. He said that is comical that the company is growing quite rapidly and is spending money to built their Infrastructure to accomodate the growth, and their stock is the lowest ever. He is working with a very well known PR firm to promote the stock a great deal. I forgot what the name of the PR firmi s, my apology. Regarding Dave Stewart's recommendation of DGTT probably hurt the stock price in the short term because of traders. But in the long term, this company will have strong earnings and it will be reflected in the price. Mr. Steward,he said, is a visionary and he was quite excited after a long extensive meeting with Mr. Magliato on Tuesday.
They filed for AMEX and they are a 12G full reporting company and Friday is the deadline that the SEC will have questions if any for them. Look like they will get approve. Hopefully, listing within the next few months. I believe that with patience, DGTT will reward us with their growth. He has not sold a single share and The CEO of Smartalk has sold a great number of share. Patience this is a 5 billions dollars market, and DGTT is a major player.
