D Gall,

Here are some of the recent signals that my system has produced:

9/9/96 Buy Oct 670 Call on the open @2.50
9/10/96 No Signal - Continue to hold Oct 670 call
9/11/96 Buy the Oct 670 call again on the open @2.38, closed out both
positions in the Oct 670 calls at $3.63 for gains of 45% and 38%
respectively.

9/12/96 Buy Oct 675 call on the open at $2.38. Closed out this
position later that day at $4.63 for a 95% gain.

9/13/96 Buy Oct 680 call on the open for $3.25. Closed out this
position later that day at $4.00 for a gain of 23%.

9/16/96 But the Oct 685 call on the open @$2.75.

Keep in mind that I only used closing data to calculate the gain
so therefore, this percentage could have been higher in most if
not all cases. In case you are wondering this system is basically
trend following in nature. The only problem that I have been
having is when there is an abrupt change of market direction. This
system has produced four winning trades in a row that have been the
purchase of calls, therefore, I would probably be leary of purchasing
another call on tomorrows open although the system says to do so.
I guess it isn't so bad if I immediately get out of a trade if
it starts going against me right from the start.

Leland Charon.
