This article on SA is bullish on F saying that the co.'s warning on weakness in Europe sets it well for a future run. His price target is very bullish going out three years.

I see two short term catalysts to get the ball rolling:

1. The transportation bill passed today allows corporate pension plans to use the average interest rate for the past 25 years instead of the last two years in calculating future returns. Under-funded plans like F are magically less under-funded and the bottom line earnings improved.

2. GM, FORD, NISSAN, FIAT, VW and more report earnings on July 3rd and are expected to come in with the highest level of July sales in the U.S. in five years.
