With the expiration of the patent Acthar, I don't believe Questcor is in a safe position considering that almost all of its revenue comes from this one drug. Thay may claim that Acthar is very difficult for competitors to manufacture but thats too optimistic. If you bought from the breakout of the cup and handle pattern, you should probably cut loss quickly regardless of fundamentals.
