It doesn't start until 2014. Plenty of time to change it no matter who wins in November.

The delay tells you all you need to know about the lies that were told concerning both its costs and its benefits. If the law had really 'given people healthcare' the obvious thing to do was to implement as fast as humanly possible, so the recipients of the benefits could vote to keep it.

I was against it, and I'm still against it. It's the law, but it can be changed.

No, it can't be changed. It's too horrendous for that. It must be repealed.
