Re Health care - has anybody looked at WLP?. PE seems low (~9) but what really caught my attention, is that they have reduced their share count from 523M shares in 2008 to 330M shares now! This was done without incurring extra debt and while WLP has not grown, it points to extremely healthy FCF. They recently started to pay a dividend as well. The FCF yield ought to be north of 10% on this stock and they have done a good job buying, when their shares were cheap.

WLP missed earnings recently which has caused weakness in the stock. I think it is a buying opportunity. he health care law does not seem to bother other insurers like UNH too much, so I think this is manageable.
