Tax related selling by institutions will end this week (end of Nov.). Effectviely, only one day is left (Friday). BORL should start acting better, starting next Monday as will many other stocks IMO. Things will get ready for a Christmass rally and the traditional January effect. The market will finally be out of the woods IMO. Ghassan.
