After 50 years of chipping away at it the Court's job is now complete. There is no Constitutional limit to what Congress may do.

If a bill isn't legal under the commerce clause it is under the welfare clause.

If it isn't legal under the welfare clause it is under the power to tax.

If it isn't legal under any of these it is a novel idea no one has yet come up with yet.

The flood of tyranny has three channels to go down and it's impossible to dam them all.

So damn them all.
