The thought experiment by Matt Yglesias that Rahm could go kill all the Republican congress people and then get a pardon by Obama is legal, but would never happen. Yale law professor Aquil Omer gives a very smart defense of the commerce clause. The whole program is smart. Robert's court is considered by many the most conservative in 75 years. Whatever the hell that means?
