Aside from 49 more states, how does ACA differ from Romneycare?
I haven't looked at the details of the Massachusetts law, but I'm assuming that it didn't expand Medicaid to cover more people, or have anything about Medicare in it. Just to name a couple of things.

Again, if you have a point, I seem to be missing it.
