His diagnostic assessment is obvious... he's a narcissistic sociopathic megalomaniac... factually, he has the exact same personality profile as hitler had, and he can be just as dangerous if given half the chance since this pathological personality profile tends to act out without regard to consequences... he has paranoid delusions of grandeur, the worst place for him is in a position of legitimate power, no less as President of the United States, he is very likely to act out his twisted fantasies with no regard for common sense or warnings from external sources such as reality itself, he cannot accept personal responsibility for his own failings but rather he assigns blame for his failings to other people and external events around him... seriously, he belongs in a straight jacket...
