Higgs says that they invited seems to indicate i have been justitfied. The "God Particle" is named to tease higgs, as Higgs a hard core Atheist. This would mean the standard model of the Elemental Universe has been confirmed. If it had not been confirmed it would reveal they have been wrong about everything in explaining the Elemental Universe. But as i say, CERN was built for only ONE purpose to prove or disprove Higgs Boson(which without it, we would have no idea how energy clumps into matter. Regards Dark Matter/DarkEnergy, we have learned NOTHING, that is if they did NOT find NO lines where they should be lines That is because Dark matter/Energy can NOT be detected, it could only be deduced by something missing. The finding of Higgs Particle would then confirm Dark Matter has nothing to do with clumping into elemental masses--it would affirm its total otherness.
