Wayners...If there are any legal types on this board I would like to get an opinion on this. I suspect that in the odumbocare law it must somewhere use the word " penalty " for those who choose not to buy obamacare. Granted not likely anyone has read all couple of thousand pages but if the word penalty is used and where a law is concerned words have meaning....how is it that supreme court judges can basically say we don't like that silly " penalty " word lets cross it out and use the word " TAX " instead. Wouldn't it require a majority in congress to change the wording of a law and therefore the meaning of the law?
