This, we did not really need in 2012. 2016--OK (probably). But 2012--no. Shades of Ralph Nader. And some people thought that Ron Paul might do us this favor. It wouldn't surprise me if the Greens were helped by Republican operatives in some of these states.



Swell. So the purist set can vote their conscience, and maybe cost Obama FL, OH, MI, PA, which are plausibly the most important swing states right now, and the first three are extremely close. Close enough that it is possible that a few thousand votes could be the difference. And the same with some races in the Senate.

Green Party--you start with LOCAL elections. Not national elections. You can't win statewide or national elections, you can only help the party that you would like least to win.
