Probably just depends on which one... You think it might matter ? I wonder if there's a similar board on SI... handicapping the timeline to the end of the Euro and Europe ? Maybe NOK and "Europe" have roughly equal chances... ? But, whether it can or will work or not, Europe appears to still have people who believe in it...
