Yes I remember when guys like Scoop Jackson could actually talk with guys like Nelson Rockefeller, Jacob Javits, and also the father of Romney. The sensible democrats could actually find a middle ground with sensible Republicans. Let me see Carter was kind of a nilly nilly. Clinton only cared about what's in it for me. And then Obama is heading down a straight path to facism. And Obama even has guys like George Clooney pumping for him. God fomr many years I was comfortable paying no attention to politics. Apolitical was my ideal. But now with Obama, they have succeeded in frightening me on so many levels in so many ways. This has got to be the most important election in the histoy of the USA.
