There are probably not 10% of them who actually follow the rules, and do what they were sent to do. The remaining 90% is too worried about keeping their names in the paper, and getting publicity that will help them ge reelected next time. It's an out-of-control monster, and unless they become willing to govern themselves, all we can do is vote them out ... I'm game. No more votes for any incumbent serving on their second or subsequent terms? I'll do it. But in reality, how many American people would do it?

It is a shame! It reflects back on us - no one else.
