Predicted low probability of a SPA(nice try at mis-quoting again) so yes, they will not get a SPA based on PII data: PVCT has to compromise for something much less interesting; slow progressing stage III MM patients, and for now will not be able to put their money behind the 'broad spectrum story' any time soon. Company is clearly having problems juggling $ for now; term deal will not pay for MM work, no one wants to pony up for MM PIIb or PIII...
