We have locally a gentleman that follows government spending. He tracks personal use of government vehicles etc and the abuse of use by government employees, and the costs related by such use to the taxpayer. Multiply that across the country. Tax laws currently allow for many corporate deductions. The politicians elected are responsible for those laws. The corporations study the laws and maximize them. There obviously is abuse there too. But, taxpayers need to pay attention to government waste. My brother in law is with TSA and advised that after the most recent disclosure of wasteful government parties, they have orders to cut back...these parties and excessive spending is everywhere. They are ripping us off.
