There's no question that the Obamacare decision doesn't do anything regarding the reach of the commerce clause! After all, the four liberal justices on the bench, led by Ginsburg, wrote a second opposing opinion to Roberts' supposedly "majority" opinion that essentially stated that the Federal government's use of the commerce clause to enforce the individual mandate was within limits.

Terrible, terrible, terrible...
