" Things will get ready for a Christmas rally and the traditional January effect." This is my assessment too. I think the DOW will finish the year at about its current level of 7800.BORL to finish the year at 11.Fund managers will square off for the year to make themselves look good when they report for the 1997 year. They should have a lot of cash to spend in January. I am going for BORL 15 and DOW 8300 at end of Jan. Go BORL
