We know who pays for the down and out, the shiftless and the losers...the tax payer, of course.
Most modern , progressive counties, have welfare systems, and ways that look after the less fortunate, drug addicts, alcoholics mental defectives, lazy...etc. etc....what is the solution??? Off to Auschwitz with them??? of course not...thank our stars for governments of conscience ...or as Maurice calls it V.V.V.
Obama's personal mandate covers the slicksters, the ones that have it,,and won't pay, and there would be away more than one percent if measures were not taken to fine them, tax them.. whatever you want to call it.
Have you ever experienced someone who is always trying to get one up on you, scin you, always leave you with the bill....most have.... the personal mandate recognizes this,,, Common Sense....and makes an effort to nip the dodgers, it in the bud.
Roberts tried to fit your excellent constitution, to common sense, and he did it.
What would have happened to American Common Sense, if there was no way out for him in the constitution???
